Jill De Castro was born and
raised in New England. In 1995 she graduated from Georgetown
University School of Nursing and Health Sciences with a Bachelor
of Science in Nursing (BSN). In May of 2000 she earned her
Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the Catholic University
of America. Graduating with distinction, she was inducted to
the National Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau
She has been board certified as a Family
Nurse Practioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center
since August 2000. Prior to joining LMG, Jill worked in both
ambulatory and acute care settings. She has extensive experience
and interests in Gastroenterology, Kidney Transplant and
Urgent Care Medicine. She moved to the Northern Virginia
area and joined the practice in October, 2006 |

Dr. Jeffrey
Martin |

Dr. Martin is a board-certified
family medicine doctor. He grew up in Annandale, Virginia where
he attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
He received a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering
at the University of Virginia, and he completed medical school
at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Martin did his residency
at the University of Virginia Family Medicine Program. Following
residency, he worked as a volunteer doctor in Nepal for one
year at a rural mission hospital. After Nepal, Dr. Martin moved
back to Charlottesville, Virginia where he worked at First
Med Urgent Care Center and as the Medical Director for the
Albemarle Charlottesville Regional Jail. During his time in
Charlottesville, he also completed a Faculty Development Fellowship
at the University of Virginia Family Medicine Program. Dr.
Martin joined LMG as Lead Physician of the Primary and Immediate
Care Center in July 2008. |

Dr. Felix Ma is a board-certified family medicine physician with experience working in primary and urgent care medicine. He received his medical school training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Upon graduation, he attended residency at Hennepin County Medical Center Family Practice Residency program in Minneapolis, MN.
In 2003 he moved to Northern Virginia where he pursued primary care practice through Leesburg/Sterling Family Practice. Since his move he has been actively involved in Urgent Care medicine through LMG Primary and Immediate Care.
Dr. Ma also has special interest and training in Medical Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine and is board-certified in holistic medicine. |
